This document describes how the site actually works. Even so, we recommend legal review before treating it as final.
Who processes your data
Prestígio Alquimia Multimédia Unipessoal Lda, tax number 517002868, registered at Santarém, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

What we collect
Data you give us. When you fill in the form, the WhatsApp conversation on the site or the bespoke package builder, we collect your name, email address, phone number, planned wedding date, the chapter you are interested in and any notes you write. In the builder we also keep the quote you composed and its value.
Data collected automatically. The address of the page visited, where you came from, your browser identifier, language, and advertising campaign identifiers when you arrive through an ad: gclid and gbraid from Google, fbclid, _fbp and _fbc from Meta, and UTM parameters.
What we do not collect. We never ask for or store card details, identity documents or any special category of data. Nothing is captured field by field as you type: data only leaves your device when you press send.
Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your request and prepare a proposal. Basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To measure and improve our advertising. Basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given through the cookie notice. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To meet legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting ones where a contract exists. Basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact, a period that reflects how far ahead weddings are planned.
Clients: for the duration of the contract and for the statutory retention periods that follow, mainly tax related.
Advertising measurement data: for the periods set by the platforms, described in the next section.
Who we share it with
Google Ireland Limited — Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, to measure and optimise advertising.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel, to measure and optimise advertising, and WhatsApp when you choose to talk to us there.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the site is used.
Netlify — website hosting.
Google (Workspace) — enquiries are recorded in a Google Drive spreadsheet restricted to our team.
We do not sell your data to anyone. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you arrive, no advertising or analytics cookie is placed before you give us consent. The notice that appears lets you accept or refuse with equal weight, and you can change your mind later through the link in the footer.
Strictly necessary — they make the site work and remember your cookie choice. No consent required.
Advertising — Google Ads and Meta Pixel. They measure advertising results and let us show you relevant communication. Only after you accept.
Analytics — Microsoft Clarity. Shows us how the site is used so we can improve it. Only after you accept.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, rectification of anything wrong, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw the consent you gave us.
Just write to contacto@quedisparoweddings.com. We answer within one month.
If you believe we have not handled the matter properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at www.cnpd.pt.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material we update the date at the top of this page. The version published here is always the one that applies.
