A team of ours will, made up of photographers and filmmakers who work with us and follow the same method and the same edit. Who goes is decided internally, based on the diary and on the style and personality of each couple.

Because the portfolio is the team's work, not one person's. Everyone shoots within the same framework and every image goes through the same editing process. That is exactly why we work with our own team rather than a rotating pool of freelancers.

It depends on the chapter. Each one states how many photographers and filmmakers it includes, and that number is written into the contract.

No. The edit is part of the work and it is the same at every wedding. We also do not use trend filters, because they date within a few years. What you see in the portfolio is what you will receive.

We work on colour, light and contrast. We do not do digital slimming or muscle enhancement, and we do not remove moles, freckles, scars or birthmarks. We also do not ask for forced smiles or recreate moments.

The chapters have no hourly limit. As a rule we spend 1h30 with the bride getting ready and 1 hour with the groom, then cover the whole day and usually stay until 1am. The running order is agreed with you a few weeks beforehand.

We suggest 1h30 with the bride and around 1 hour with the groom, before leaving for the ceremony. Once the preparations are done the team meets at the ceremony.

Yes, through the bespoke package. The morning slot runs until 3pm and the afternoon slot from 5pm. In that case, if the preparations start before 5pm they will not be covered.

Send us the list of the groups you want beforehand. After the ceremony, at the reception venue, allow roughly 30 minutes for every 100 guests.

Very much so. We recommend holding back a maximum of 30 minutes around golden hour for the couple session. It is the light that gives the images couples love most.

We do not promise a fixed number, because it depends on the length of the day and on what happens. We deliver every photograph worth keeping, already edited.

The online gallery is ready in 15 working days. You receive a password protected link, which you can view on a computer or a phone, download in high resolution and share.

The edited photographs are guaranteed on our server for life. The unedited originals are kept for 2 months and then removed, so ask us before that deadline if you want them.

In 45 working days. It takes longer than the photographs because it involves selecting footage, sound work, colour grading and editing.

Yes, you are entitled to one revision of the final piece, to be requested within 5 days of delivery. The revision is for adjustments, not for rebuilding the film around a different concept.

Once you have the gallery, download the number of photographs stated in your chapter and send us a WeTransfer link, one per album, with the folder clearly named. Before printing we send a video preview for you to approve.

Albums, canvases and woodboxes are produced between November and March, which is the period outside the wedding season. Shipping within mainland Portugal is free.

Genuine Fujifilm photographic paper with a glossy finish, in handmade cases of high quality natural linen. The standard layout can be personalised. Changing the case adds €100 and each extra page costs €10.

Within 100 km of central Santarém travel is free. Beyond that it is €0.40 per km, counted both ways, plus an accommodation charge where it applies. The exact figure is in the proposal, before you sign.

A pre-wedding session, at a location of your choosing, where we spend around 1h30 photographing you in a light and relaxed way. We suggest doing it one or two months before, in neutral colours and at sunset. Whenever possible it is the same team as the wedding.

A post-wedding session where you wear the dress or the suit again, for 1h30, without worrying about getting it dirty. It can be booked up to 6 months after the wedding.

You build your own package, service by service. Send us the location, the number of guests and your priorities, and within 24 to 48 hours we come back with 2 or 3 proposals.

We carry on as normal and there is no extra charge. We agree a covered plan B with you in advance and adapt the portraits. Some of the best portraits we have taken were on rainy days.

Talk to us as soon as you know. We always try to move the service to the new date, provided we are free. In the event of a postponement there may be an adjustment to the fee, as set out in our general terms.

Because we work with our own team, if someone falls ill another of our professionals covers the wedding to the same method. We work with duplicate equipment and back up the files on the day itself.

In the chapters that include drone, flying always depends on the weather and on the minimum airspace safety conditions at the venue. When it is not possible to fly, it is not possible to fly.

It is the thing we hear most often and it is almost never a problem. We spend most of the day documenting without interrupting, and in the few portrait moments we give simple direction rather than poses. The engagement session helps a great deal in shaking off the discomfort.

Yes, without any distinction. For weddings that bring together different cultures or religions we only ask that you explain the rituals that carry the most weight beforehand, and whether there are rules about where we can be. That way we prepare properly and interrupt nothing.

As a rule yes, on our website and our social channels, and sometimes in industry publications. This is set out in the contract.

You can, and it is no problem at all. Just tell us before the wedding so it is written into the contract. You can also ask for something in between, for instance that we publish only a few images.

You can. You receive the edited photographs in high resolution and can keep them, share them and print them for personal use. We only ask that you do not alter them with filters or crops.

Obtaining the permissions needed to cover the event in photography and film is the client's responsibility, as set out in our general terms.
